Service Above Self

Any views expressed  are not necessarily those of all Club members

The Rotary Club of Arbury is not an agency of or controlled by Rotary International

Each Rotary Club is committed to engaging in a wide range of community service projects in our four main avenues of service:  Community, International, Vocational and Youth, along with a commitment to 'Rotary Foundation'.

The Arbury Club certainly adheres to the Rotary motto " Service above Self " and members work hard, via their Committees, to maintain a vigorous and worthwhile series of projects, whether they be relative to the local community, the Rotary District 1060, national or international.

All work starts at Committee level and other Club members become involved as the project or social event develops. Some projects or support schemes may be " one-off", but most are designed to be continuous  or periodic, such as annually.

We only achieve all of these projects by being involved, and this is very much part of the enjoyment and satisfaction gained from being a member of the Rotary Club of Arbury
